All orders will be sent from Hungary. International shipping is available worldwide. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS
€2.9 (Orders delivered within 3-4 business days by GLS or tOURmix).

We have teamed up with tOURmix that is a crowdsourced package delivery platform that pairs the movement/commute of people with the delivery route of packages to provide a sustainable solution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Shipping fees are varies depending on your location. Your total will be provided before you submit your order. 
- Climate Neutral Express Shipping: Orders are shipped with DHL Express with an approximate delivery time of 1-6 business days. Every order is supplied with a tracking number. This service helps you combat climate change by offsetting emissions from the transportation of your shipment. 
- Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped with DHL Global Mail with an approximate delivery time of 7-45 business days. Orders aren't supplied with a tracking number. 
- Free Express Shipping on all orders over €120 EUR.

- Domestic Shipping (Hungary): Orders are shipped with an approximate delivery time of 3-4 business days.

- Express Shipping: Orders are shipped with DHL Express with an approximate delivery time of 1-6 business days.

- Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped with DHL Global Mail with an approximate delivery time of 7-45 business days.

Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow up to 2 business day for processing. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch.

Express Shipping & Domestic Shipping: After your parcel has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details.

Standard shipping: Tracking is not available.

- Please note that Undersea Wear is not liable for customs clearances fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs

- All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order

- Please keep an eye on your shipment with the tracking number provided to avoid delays, Undersea Wear is not responsible if you are not notified by your country’s postal authority

- Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The amount of carbon emissions produced during the transport of a Go Green shipment is calculated using a verified measurement process and translated into required "carbon credits". These credits are generated by recognized climate protection projects that reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, such as a wind farm in China or a biomass power plant in India.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: tOURmix is a crowdsourced package delivery platform that pairs the movement/commute of people with the delivery route of packages. As a result, an additional journey and logistical detours of the delivery are eliminated, thus making home deliveries CO2 neutral and providing for a sustainable delivery network.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

If you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, please return the original item(s) for a store credit and place a new order. If you would like to get a refund, please return the original item(s) and apply for a refund. You have 20 days from the day you receive your item(s) to qualify for a store credit to exchange your order or to apply for a refund.

When returning an item, you can either chose from a 100% refund of the cost of the item(s), or a 110% store credit. If you choose a store credit for your return, we’ll send you a discount code for 100% of cost of your item(s) AND an extra 10% to use on your next order. 

We will happily accept bikinis purchased from www.underseawear.com in their original, clean and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Items must be returned in their original Undersea Wear branded packaging. In the event your order received in a damaged packaging or without it, we reserve the right to subtract 5€ from your reimbursement. 

You must provide online order number for all items being sent back. If you do not have the order number, please contact our customer service to get this information, before sending the return package back, otherwise we cannot identify it. 

All customers are responsible for postage payments. We will not refund the shipping costs. The only instance in which Undersea Wear will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item. In the event your order was applicable for free shipping and you return part of your order resulting in the remaining order falling under the free shipping boundary, we reserve the right to subtract shipping from your reimbursement. 

The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. Undersea Wear will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness / return back due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.

Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging.

Download and fill out our Return Form, then print it out.

Place your item(s) back into their original packaging, along with the return form.

Head to your local post shop to ship your return items back.

Once we receive your returned items, please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and store credit/refund to be issued. If we have accepted your return you will receive an email issuing the store credit equal to the value of the product being returned.
